Pre-Purchase

Can I try items on or see them before I purchase?

  • We have a limited number of items in stock. Reach out to Stephanie Heim at (920) 684-3356 or sheim@lakesidefoods.com to see if we have the item you’re looking to purchase, to try on.

Is there a minimum quantity?

  • We do not have a minimum quantity requirement at this time.

Payment

How do I pay for my apparel?

  • After your items are added to your cart, you can click the cart icon in the navigation to take you to the “Cart” page. After you review your cart, you will be taken to the “Check Out” page, where you can pay via credit card.

What types of payment will be accepted?

  • Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

Delivery/Shipping

How will my items be delivered?

  • All items will be delivered to Stephanie Heim at Lakeside Foods at the Corporate Headquarters and Stephanie will fulfill all orders.

How long will orders take to arrive?

  • Orders placed by the 15th will ship on the first business day of the next month.
  • Orders placed by the last day of the month will ship on the 15th of the following month.

Is shipping an option?

  • At this time, direct shipping is not an option. All items will be sent to Lakeside Foods Corporate Headquarters and distributed from there.

Order Status

How can I check the status of my order?

  • We know you can’t wait to receive your order, which is why we’ll send you an email with tracking information, as soon as it’s available.

Can I cancel or change my order?

  • We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.

Returns

Am I able to return items purchased?

  • If your item is damaged or does not fit properly, we can issue a refund on your credit card and you may return your item, within 30 days of receipt.
