Bamboo is an excellent cutting surface: it’s lightweight yet durable and gentle on knives. The Kauai Bamboo Cutting Board is perfectly sized at 6″ inches long and 7″ inches wide. It is a small food prep and serving piece which makes for easy storage. When the food prep is done, the Kauai Cutting Board cleans easily with hand washing; do not soak or wash in the dishwasher.
